TO USE FOR EVERY SESSION: PICK YOUR BUSINESS PLAN TEMPLATE!
Ultimately your business plan is yours and can be as unique as your business, but there are key elements that most plans will have. Here are two templates that you can use for those elements if you are a Startup or Existing Business, and here is another template used by Propel Facilitator Alicia Davis to develop her business plan. You can check out her sample business plan HERE to get some ideas. You can also check out Business Plan templates on Canva, they have some beautiful looking ones!
By the end of the 12 weeks of work in the program, you should be able to fill out this snapshot business plan keeping it to one simple page!
